Total acts × minutes per act ÷ 60 × hourly rate = contribution value. Defaults follow the Independent Sector estimate of $36.14 per volunteer hour at 1 minute per act (both configurable). The theoretical maximum is every employee completing an act every day of the year - 365 acts, or $219.85 per employee per year at full participation. Figures show the upper bound; documented value tracks actual acts completed. Not tax advice.
